What we do

Nine allied health disciplines. One coordinated team.

Most NDIS participants need more than one therapy. Instead of juggling six providers, six waitlists and six reports, bring your whole plan under one roof — in-clinic, at home, or via telehealth.

01

Occupational Therapy

Daily-living skills, sensory processing, fine motor development, workplace assessments, and home modification recommendations for NDIS and Medicare clients.

02

Speech Pathology

Articulation, language delay, stuttering, AAC, and feeding support. For children, adolescents and adults. English plus several community languages.

03

Physiotherapy

Paediatric physio, gait and mobility, post-surgical rehab, chronic pain management, and NDIS functional capacity assessments.

04

Psychology

Individual therapy, behaviour support, ADHD and autism assessments, and counselling for children, adolescents and adults.

05

Exercise Physiology

Strength, mobility and chronic-disease management programs delivered in-clinic or in a gym-style allied health space.

06

Podiatry

Paediatric foot development, diabetic foot care, orthotics and gait assessments — NDIS and Medicare bulk-billed.

07

Dietetics & Nutrition

Medical nutrition therapy, feeding clinics, weight management and disability-specific dietary plans.

08

Behaviour Therapy

Positive behaviour support plans, functional behaviour assessments, and in-home skill-building for NDIS participants.

09

Support Coordination

Plan navigation, provider matching, budget tracking, and advocacy — from your plan approval to your next review.

In-clinic. At home. On telehealth.
Every discipline available through whichever delivery works for your family.

Before Cross Care

The NDIS shouldn't feel like a second full-time job.

Families tell us the hardest part of the NDIS isn't the therapy — it's everything before therapy starts. We built Cross Care to take that weight off you.

Six providers, six reports

Most families end up with a different clinic for every therapy. They keep separate notes, never talk to each other, and your plan review turns into admin hell.

Months before the first session

A child with an approved NDIS plan often waits three to six months to start therapy. That's developmental time you can't get back.

Nobody who speaks your language

Western Sydney is one of the most linguistically diverse regions in Australia. Too many providers assume fluent English is a given.

Ghosted after funding is approved

Clinics that courted you during plan-approval go quiet once the paperwork is signed. You chase, you call, you start again.

Getting started

Three steps from first call to first session.

No six-month waitlists. No referral runaround. Most clients are matched within two weeks.

01

Tell us what you need

One phone call, one online form, or a GP referral. We take it from there — no need to know exactly which therapy you need.

02

Matched to your team

Within two weeks, we match you to therapists based on your goals, the clinic closest to you, and any language needs. Multiple therapies, one coordinated plan.

03

Therapy, your way

In-clinic, at home, or on telehealth. Weekdays 9–6:30, Saturdays 9–1. Reports, progress notes and plan-review paperwork handled for you.

FAQ

Questions families, GPs and support coordinators ask us.

Still have questions?
Call our intake team — we answer honestly, even if the answer is "we're not the right fit."
1800 276 772

Is Cross Care NDIS registered?

Yes. We're registered with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission and have been since Cross Care's early days. We work with plan-managed, self-managed and NDIA-managed participants.

Do you accept Medicare?

Yes — many of our allied-health services are bulk-billed under Medicare for eligible clients with a GP referral under the Chronic Disease Management (CDM) plan. Ask our team and we'll confirm eligibility before your first appointment.

My family doesn't speak English fluently. Can you still help?

Yes. We have therapists and support staff who speak multiple community languages, and we can arrange TIS National interpreting at no cost to you for NDIS-funded sessions.

How long is the wait to start therapy?

Most clients are matched with a therapist within two weeks for in-clinic sessions at our larger locations. Mobile home visits and specific specialties can take longer — we'll always tell you the honest timeframe upfront.

Can my child combine multiple therapies in the same visit?

Yes — that's the whole point of the super-clinic model. If your child sees an OT and a speech pathologist, they can work in the same clinic on the same day, and your therapists share notes.

I'm a GP or support coordinator — how do I refer a client?

Email referrals to info@crosscarendis.com.au or call 1800 CROSS CARE (1800 276 772). We confirm receipt within 24 hours and keep you updated on intake.
